Friday 7th November Registration
4pm – 7pm at the Hataitai Velodrome
4.15pm – 8.30pm - Team site set up. ALL teams to be set up on site by 8.30am
Saturday 7th November Race Day
7am - 8.15 am - FINAL team site set up - OUT OF Wellington teams ONLY

ALL teams to be set up on site by 8.30am (this includes 6 hour teams, who will start at 4pm) and vehicles off the course area.

NO vehicles will be allowed up to the velodrome after 8.00am – teams arriving after 8am will have to carry their gear up from the Tennis court area below.

Vehicle access in and out of the velodrome will be closed off for the duration of the event.
9.30am - Race briefing - Velodrome
10am - Start for 12 hour riders
3.45pm - Race briefing 6 hour
4pm – Start of 6 hour race
9.35pm - call made for cut off time for last riders to be on course for their last lap.
10.00pm - Finish - times are not recorded after 10.00pm
10. 30pm - Prize Giving at the Velodrome stage
