Each team will be allocated a site of 4X4m on the course which will be your team possie for the duration of the race and where you will change riders.
Vehicle sites are NOT be allowed in the velodrome, but there are a small number of vehicle sites on the side, these are allocated on first come basis, and teams will need to contact the organisers ASAP after entering.
If you wish to have a site next to another team, then after entering you need to e mail susan@fordwardthinking.co.nz
All teams concerned must have entered when request is made, and teams registration numbers, team names and contact details will need to be submitted. This needs to be done BEFORE Mon14 Feb, after which sites will have been all allocated.
Ability to shift teams around is limited and will be allocated on a first come first served bases.
Over the last 3 years these funds have been used to build new tracks in Mt Victoria, all of which are used in the 2011 event.

For factors beyond the control of the organisers such as extreme inclement weather, earthquake, (and at the discretion of event officials), the organisers reserve the right to cancel and entry fees shall be non-refundable.

To pay be direct credit please e mail organisers with details of when payment was made and name of payee. Entry will not be accepted without payment, and late fee will be added if payment is after early bird . susan@fordwardthinking.co.nz
